Swiss Valley holds several events through out the year…
Racers age 5 – 14 have racing opportunities through the Junior Development Team. Particpation includes practices and scheduled Invitationals at 4 ski areas.
Adult Race League offers a fun and competitive opportunity to enjoy the snow, tune your skills and socialize every Wednesday night. ARL PAGE>>
The RAT Race is our first event of the season and a fun way to get the dust off of your equipment. Put on your race legs and ski the course. The object is to match the Rat’s time. The catch is that no one knows who the Rat is… Cash Pay Out to Junior and Adult Winners. More>>>
Vertical Challenge for the Vertically Challenged! This is an all area, all included event for anyone who wants to spend some time skiing or snowboarding. Skiing or snowboarding, not taking breaks, drinking hot chocolate or hanging out on the ridge. This event is about how much vertical you can mange to obtain in the event time limit. Cash Pay Out and Swiss Valley sponsored prizes. More>>>
Snowmeister…. earn the prestige of being the fastest snowboarder AND skier. This race is a dohnhill and GS event for both disciplines. The snowmeister and snowmesitress are the two that ski and ride the two course the fastest. Great prize give away and lots of fun. Prizes sponsored by the Swiss Valley Ski & Board Shop. MORE>>>
Winter Jam – The best night time comeptetion in he southwest. This event is HUGE and so is the Air competitors are getting as they hit the table top under the lights. Spectators encouraged. Particuipation usuaually includes the best of several other ski areas as well as Swiss Valley. With music, lights and action it’s our own local version of a X-Game Event. Don’t Miss it! More>>>
Cupid’s Couple Course – On Valentine’s Day… Love Skiing? Love Snoe? Love each other as connected couples make there way through our first ever obstacle course. Hearts will pound, this deal is sealed with a kiss. Prize includes aweekend package get away and dinner for to in the Chalet. All participants should plan on listening to live music and making anight of it…with their loved one. More>>>
Outpost Cup Race – What is there to say? This is a downhill and GS race similar to the Snowmeister format. A great event that was started in the 1970’s. 30 + years of prizes and our best event of the year. A great time is guaranteed! Prizes sponsored by Outpost Sports of Mishawaka. More>>>
Rail Rides and Slope Style Events will be held through the season in our terrain park. We usually have a rail jam pizza slam Friday night event, Rail Ride sponsored by the Edge our of Kalamazoo scheduled for March and more events as we obtain sponsors and participants. More>>>
Swiss Valley Slurpee and Costume Contest…the best and usually the last day of the year. Absolutely a blast to watch as everyone takes a wet wild ride through our huge slush pond. More>>>
